Transactional-only program
Our SMS program is transactional only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages about financial products, loans, or financial offers. Messages are limited to appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, and status updates for people who have opted in and have an existing relationship with us.
Message flow (how users opt in)
Users opt in to SMS on our website at the Free Consultation form: they enter their mobile number, optionally check the SMS consent box (consent is not required to submit the form), and submit. We record consent timestamp, IP address, and phone number. We send only transactional messages (e.g. appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, status updates) in line with our Terms and carrier policies; we do not send marketing or promotional texts about financial products, loans, or financial offers. Recipients may opt out by replying STOP or via our Opt-Out page; they may reply HELP or contact support for assistance.
Carriers may block or filter messages regardless of sender compliance. We cannot guarantee delivery.
